Zardari and Faral arrested someone who turned his attention to the "anti-people" budget: Bilawal
A few hours after the National Accountability Office (NAB) placed the leader of the Pakistan People's Party (PPP), Faryal Talpur, under house arrest, President Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari declared that the leadership of his party was imprisoned for transfer the masses to the "anti-people" Attention to the budget proposed by the National Assembly earlier this week.
On Friday, Bilvar told a press conference at the Zardari building in Islamabad: "The government arrested the political leaders and transferred their attention [to the people] to economic terrorism ... To approve the anti-popular budget of the parliament."
Although former President Asif Zardari was arrested on Monday, after the bail of the Islamabad High Court that day, Talpur was another of the main defendants in the fake bank account.
"[Both] Asif Ali Zardari and Faryal Talpur were arrested without any conviction," he said. "Zardari was arrested on the day the government published the 2019 economic survey, which shows the economic performance of PTI ... this is the worst in history."
Bilwal said he opposed the 2019-20 budget with the opposition party and the government's ally, Akhtar Mengal. He said: "If the production order of the arrested legislator is not issued, the budget is not legal."
In response to questions about the ongoing cases, the PPP president said former Supreme Court president Sajib Nisar said he was innocent and that NAB did not even accuse him. However, he added that the corruption regulator can arrest him.
Zardari suggested that Prime Minister Imran "resign his house"
He also called for a gap in the controversial video of NAB President Justice (Retd) Javed Iqbal, saying he was pressured by the ruling party.
He also spoke about the ongoing case against Judge Qazi Faiza in the Supreme Judicial Council and alleged that the government is incubating a conspiracy to cancel the respected judges of the Supreme Court.
The president of the Ministry of Public Security said: "There is no difference between the former military ruler Pervez Musharraf and the PTI government ... Both regimes restrict the freedom of the media and try to control the judicial power." The Democratic leaders were arrested and imprisoned, not members who were banned. "
The PPP leader said he expects the government to complete the deadline, but the future action plan will be decided at the next meeting of the parties.
