Hollywood actress Mindy Kaling hinted that Marvel first developed a Pakistani-American female superhero.
Mindy revealed this in an interview with MTV News and added that the studio owner was "excited" about the prospect of introducing Ms. Marvel to the MCU.
The "Deep Night" actor talked about her love for this new character and hinted that she would choose a relatively unknown actress to act as the heroine.
“I think the people I talked to at Marvel are very excited about this role! I think they are trying to figure out how to deal with it. I tell them I will help in any way, because I really love her,” she said.
Mindy added, "They seem to be really interested. I think they might do something. Now with this streaming platform, it might be like this, but I think they know how excited they are."
After Mindy's interview, some people speculated that she might be attracted to this fascinating role.
However, she clarified that she did not have the “information” about the adaptation, but quickly stated how much she would think after her final adjustment.
On the other hand, Kevin Fiege also said that he plans to include this famous comic as a movie, bearing in mind the success of Captain Marvel.
